    DIDNT REALLY HAVE TIME FOR BREAKFAST AS WAS IN WORK JUST SNACKED ON SUM BACON
    FOR MY DINNER HAD GAMMON AND EGG WITH SALAD
    FOR TEA HAD CHEESE AND ONION OMLETTE WITH MAYONAISE
    FEEL A BIT HUNGARY NOW BUT DNT KNOW WHAT TO HAVE FOR THE BEST ANY IDEAS JANE X

    You need to get in three cups of Induction allowed veggies (if you are still in induction), in you have moved to OWL, you need even more. Veggies and exercise, very important on this WOL. Do you usually eat veggies?
    What would we do without it?
