How was I today? I think I did ok, second day. my net carbs are 13, which is low, but I don't feel any worse for the wear. My water is over 100 oz. I grouped everything together, but the eggs were throughout the day as were the peppers. The cheeses were with the peppers and as a snack when I felt munchy.
