So Im ending my third day of induction!! I luv how much inspiration ya'all have given me!
This is todays menu:
900- Omelette: 3 eggs, 1 cup of red pepper, 2 ounces of shredded cheese
145- 5 schneiders teriyaki chicken wings (1 carb/5)
1 cup of bok choy with olive oil and vinegar
1 baby bell ounce cheese
715 -1 m&m pork chop with basil and olive oil
-cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches(1 cup cucumber, bout 2 tbsp of cc)
So what do u guys think of it?? Id appreciate any feedback! I jogged for 30 min today and did circuit training

Well right now I can sense im gunna want a snack so im gunna look at the other forums for ideas! You guys are all so great and if you ever feel like giving up think of your influence on others and the inspiration you provide! Im thankful!
