day one:
3eggs,scrambled with mushrooms,bacon,and cheese.
greek salad-2 cups lettuce,1 to 2 oz feta and 1/2 chicken breast,greek salad dressing
2 hotdogs(pkg said 1 carb each)
day two:
breakfast same as above
2 bugers with a slice of american cheese on each.(they were thin burgers,i think1/4 lb?) 1 small 1 cup salad with mushroom,onion and ranch dressing. (container said 2 carbs per serving)
sauted chicken on 2 cups salad and greek dressing (container says 1carb per serving)
well, that should give you an idea. This is my third day on induction and as i start getting more comfortable i will vary my menu more.
