I restarted Atkins on 3/12 after being away for a year and a half. This is day #12 and my scale is not cooperating. I plan on measuring on Sunday at two week marker, but am very depressed today as the scale is still only registering 2# loss as of day 12 (actually today it said 1#, but I'm ignoring that reading so as not to get to depressed).
Can anyone look at my menu and make some suggestions? I am exercising at least every other day either bicycling, weightlifting, step aerobics, etc. I am drinking approx. 90 oz. of water a day. Only Splenda used was in the pumpking I had. I know I had 2 frankenfoods (a shake and a bar, but it was an emergency decision rather than hitting a fast food place).
