Hello everyone, I have been reading a lot about everyone elses menus and with every post so far the person is doing something wrong. I don't want to be one of those people
So I am going to jot down one of mine and please don't go easy on me. Let me know what I'm doing wrong.
I had my weight checked at the doctors office approx. 2 weeks ago and was 285lbs. I started low carbing 3/18/06 and Induction on 3/20/06
So far I'm down about 10 pounds.
Breakfast : 7:45am 2-eggs, 1-cheese, 2-bacon
Lunch : time varries 1/2 cup-meat, 1 cup-sliced veggies, 2 tbsp.-veggie dip
Dinner : 6:30pm 1 cup-meat, 1 cup-veggie
On days that I have done really well and have a lot of carbs left over I treat myself to a no sugar juice pop - 7 carbs (not too offten tho)
