    Break Fast

    1 cup tea with 1 tsp cream
    2 boiled eggs

    Snacks
    Green Tea

    Lunch
    2 pieces of chicken
    2 pieces of Beef cutlets


    Snacks
    2 pieces of meat cutlets OR 3 pieces of nuggets


    Dinner
    2 pieces of fish

    where are your veggies? read DR ATKINS NEW DIET REVOLUTION 2002 edition known as DANDR around here and learn how to properly eat your Atkins plan for induction. 3 cups of the acceptable veggies a day should be in your menus spread out so you have some veggie carbs some protein and some fat at each meal.

      I agree about needing the veggies even though I hate veggies... Are you taking any type of multivitamin? Is the green tea homemade or the bottled stuff that may have hidden sugars?

        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
