Well, it's got brown sugar in it so I'd say steaks the way to go here.

I realize this is way too late for last nights dinner but here goes anyway.

The Splenda is just fine as long as you stay within your 3 sweetener limit for the day.

If you're on Induction, you'd have to look at the ingredients of the Heinz 1 and decide whether they are legal or not.
I used low carb condiments in Induction, but kept my portions very very small....this sounds like there'd be a fair amount in your serving. If you could mix the ketchup and Splenda and have it on the side, you could then control how much you put into your portion of hamburger. That would give you a better idea of how much you were eating, and you'd be able to count the carbs better.

              Thanks everyone.

Yes, I am on induction and decided to just have the steak last night as I have already lost 8.2 pounds and don't want to risk hurting that. From what I can see on the bottles of ketchup it is fine in small portions, I don't know about the sugar twin brown cause it says 0g to everything and guess this could be one of those that it isn't enough to have to report it but in large quantities it might still add up to too much. So for now I will stay away from it and maybe later on I can have some.

Does that mean the US sugar twin is ok, usually when people post the ingredients, they bold anything you can't have. Just askin cause I don't want to stall myself.

                    Sorry I didnt do that
Looking at the ingredients, I would suggest that as maltodextrin is derived from corn starch it would not be an allowed induction ingredient.
Maltodextrins are easily digestible carbohydrates made from natural corn starch. The starch is cooked, and then acid and/or enzymes are used to break the starch into smaller polymers (a process similar to that used by the body to digest carbohydrate).
I ma sure that if I am wrong someone will post the true information soon
