More veggies!! Have you read the book? Some veggies are one cup a day, and some are 2 cups a day. Most of your carbs should come from veggies. Everything else looked great! I am so proud of you on the water!!!
Yes, I need to eat more veggies. I did have two cups though yesterday. I was waiting until today to go get groceries (I shop with my Mom on Saturday). Thanks!

Yes - you are right!
By spreading them out through the day you are also spreading out any blood sugar spikes from eating them and keeping your levels more even.
Try always to have some fat, some protein and some carbs when you eat anything, so you are feeding your body a wellbalanced fuel throughout the day.

Thank you for the wonderful advice. Today was an off day because of Easter with church at sunrise and such, but tomorrow I plan on eating an egg at breakfast with some veggies put in it to get the sugar demon off my back (hate those headaches).
