You are not eating your 3 cups veggies. Those are very important, and will help you lose the weight quicker. You want your percentages to be 65%fat, 5%carbs, and 30% protein. If you eat too much protein your body will turn it to glucose and that will hinder your weight loss.
What would we do without it?

Hi there. I second the above advice, you definitely need to be fitting in your 3 cups veggies each day (2 salad, 1 other). That was my biggest problem when I started Atkins, I thought of them as "allowable" rather than "required", and they are required. Your body needs the nutrition they provide, and also the fiber!

Your fat/protein/carbohydrate ratios appear to be at 62/32/4, so those look really good as the ideal is 65/30/5.

Other than the missing veggies, your food choices look very good! The only thing I might suggest is to double-check the label for your bacon and make sure it's sugar-free (and preferably nitrite/nitrate-free). Also make sure your cheese is the real thing, not prepared slices, which can have fillers and carbs.

GREAT job on the water intake, and great job on the 11 pounds lost so far, that's excellent proress!
Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

      The reason I quit...

Thanks alot- I was eating lots of salads last week. I did think they were allowed not a requirment. I am eating processed cheese in the little wrappers. Do I get "real" cheese in the deli? The bacon is the "already made" bacon by Oscar Meyer. I will check that out too. Thanks alot!

You want to buy the lower sodium bacon, those are usually cured with out sugar. The pre-cooked kind has sugar in it.
