    Breakfast(9am ) scrambled eggs with mozarrella cheese (3oz), tomato and diced beef, and a cup of decaf coffee.

    Lunch(2pm): scrambled eggs with crabmeat

    dinner: Tilapia with Lemon-caper sauce (seasonings: wine, fresh lemon juice, capers, butter, lemon pepper, peprika)
    I only ate the fish in it and I had about 10 oz of it in all. I ate the first 5 oz directly, and realized there might be some carbs in the sauce so I "cleaned" the rest 5 oz with hot water and the seasonings have gone I think....

    In addition, I had 3 liters of water today.

    Here's tomorrow's plan

    Breakfast(8:00am ): an eggwhite omelet with some diced beef and turkey,

    Lunch: (1pm) 2-3 salted chicken legs

    Dinner(6pm) : steamed eggs with bacon, some vegetable

    how does the plan sound?

    you seem a bit light on vegetables, peachlove.

    We are supposed to eat 3 cups of them on induction, and try to spread them across the day along with fat and protein to lessen any sugar 'spikes' from the carbs in them.

    so maybe throw some mushrooms or chopped peppers into the omelette and have some salad with your chicken legs as well as some vegetables at dinner.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
