    4/10= 202.5
    4/15= 195.5
    4/18= 193.0
    4/25= 190 (Not bad, but I really must get my butt to the gym!)
    5/02=190 (Argh, why did I stall? This is also Day 7 of (Re)Induction)
    5/09=
    5/16= (Goal for 5/19 Graduation: 185 lbs.)
    5/23=
    5/30=
    6/06=
    6/13=
    6/20=
    6/27=
    7/04= (Goal weight for 7/3 Wedding Anniversary: 175 lbs.)

    Someone please review my menus. What am I doing wrong? Why did I stall?

    A stall is defined as no weight or inches lost in a four week period, so you are not stalled yet

    There is a useful thread about how we lose weight called 'weightloss is not linear' here http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=5090 that you might find reassuring. You will see our weight is expected to fluctuate from day to day.

    I clicked on the link to your blogspot and though it looks like you did add veggies on the Sunday BBQ day, you really havent been eating many otherwise. If you add the quantities of which veggies you are eating it will help others advise you on this from now on.

    Are you keeping count of your net carb totals each day? How many are you eating?
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
