Hi everyone! I'm hoping someone can let me know if I'm on the right track with my meal planning so I'll give you a run-down of my breakfast this morning well actually this afternoon, I got a late start so I ended up eating at noon.
1 Cup Green Pepper Copped and Cooked
3 Egg Whites (The Yolk On The Last Egg Sort Of Slipped In)
1 Mozarella Cheese Stick (1 OZ)
3 Strips Of Bacon
That's all I've had for now until lunch but I'm just curious if I'm on the right track
