Hello Kimberly and welcome to the board. Congrats on your 7lb. loss. I just looked over your menu for today and looks pretty good. Here is something that has helped me SO much since I started and I hope it can help you too.

WWW.FITDAY.com You can keep a log of what you eat everyday and it counts your carbs for you to help keep you on track.

Yep, avocadoes are allowed on induction. They're on the 1 cup vegetable list. Good work with your menus so far.

Actually, the avocado is in the Special Categories Food list and is limited to 1/2 of a small avocado a day.

Also, Dr A advises that the special category foods can occasionally slow down weight loss for some people...

Why are you just eating egg whites? The yellow bits are the best part. =) Also, just be mindful of the sodium in canned foods, tuna and chicken tend to have a surprising amount of salt as a preservative.

plug your meals into something cause your lunch looks low fat too high protein for Atkins uhnless your chciken was canned in oil. remeber Atkins is a ketogenic plan so 65% of your total cals should be fats and we can't load up on fats at one meal to make up for being low fat at others as the body treats extra portien just like a cab and makes sugar for your blood stream which isn't what we Atkineers want.

I should have added some mayo to the chicken but didn't even think about it. I'll try adding some more fats to all of my meals.
