Breakfast 2 scrambled eggs with 2 slices of American cheese and 2 strips of bacon.
Lunch 1 can of Tuna rolled up in a lettuce wrap.
Dinner Chicken breast(boneless/skinless) broiled with a small (2 cup) salad with bacon and 1 slice of cheese with Caesar dressing.
Snacks 1 hard boiled egg as needed but not usually.
I also drink 80-100 ounces of water a day.
