  • Ok now I definately need some help...

Hi everyone! So I posted yesterday about having the stomach flu and didn't really eat much at all, then last night my husband gets it and I had to rush him to the ER where we stayed until 7 am this morning. I was pretty tired but managed to make breakfast for myself but I decided to take a nap and slept through lunch so I didn't have anything. I made dinner but I think I may have added to much fat, I know I can go to fitday but I like to hear from you guys who have been doing this for longer than I have. So here's what I ate today~

    ~Breakfast~

~3 Egg Whites - Yolk Slipped In On The Last One But I Ate It Anyway
    ~1 Cup Mushrooms Sliced
    ~1 oz Parmesan Cheese
    ~2 TBSP Butter

    ~Dinner~

    ~2 Cups Of Salad
~1 TBSP Vegetable Oil (Ran out of olive oil)
    ~1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
    ~New York Strip Steak
    ~ 3-4 Crab Legs
~ 2oz Melted Butter For Dipping

    ~Snack~

    ~2 TBSP Flaxmeal
    ~1 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
    ~Kim~

Why is it that you are avoiding the egg yolks - do you just not like them?

Yeah, I've never liked them but I sucked it up and ate the one that fell in today.

Your fat % looks fine, but perhaps the protein was a little higher than the optimum 30%?

The 2 cups of lettuce will not be adding much in the way of nutrients though. Why not have some peppers or spinach instead? They will give you more carbs (your carbs are pretty low)
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
