Can someone give me a meal plan with these percentages for the day, give me an idea on what to eat to get these numbers right because it seems I ate 41% Protein, 54% Fat and the rest in carbs..

    Thanks,
    ~Kim~

It is a pity you dont like egg yolks - as the whites on their own have lots of protein and only a little fat, whereas the whole egg has a better percentage of fat/protein/carbs for our WOE.
Also eating different 'salad veggies' from lettuce would up your carbs too and help even out the percentages.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Hey! I could start trying to eat the yolks to try and get my numbers straightened out. As far as veggies I eat a lot of different kinds but I do like to eat salad at dinner and I usually chop of cucumber of whatnot and put it in it. Should I add an extra TBSP of olive oil to my salad to help my fat intake?

Adding butter or olive oil will certainly help.

Take a look at my Fitday journal from previous days. I try my best to maintain these percentages.

since you don't like the yolk and youls have about 5 grams of fat 1/2 tablespoon of butter or oil added to the whites as you cooked them should make up for it and get your eggs back in Atkins ratio

I reall have to ask are you still feeling that hungry? are you feeding only your hunger and stopping as soon as it is satisfied?

Did you possibly mean 4 oz of ground beef? That would alter your percentages quite a bit.

I was just playing around with some numbers to see what I would get for my percentages but I ended up using a half cup this morning. I'm not all that hungry during the day now and I have cut down a lot of the portions I eat.

I find that when I eat more fat I feel less hungry. I think most of us do.
