I'm in my third week of induction, and can't seem to make the scale budge. I know that I'm supposed to have 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs, but I can't seem to make this work out.
I've cut out most processed foods, except for shredded cheddar cheese, and have checked the labels for sugar, but I've been stuck on 285 for over a week. I've cut back on my calories as well.
I do drink all my water, plus more -- usually about a gallon a day.
What suggestions do you have to make the ratios work out right? My Fitday link is below, so you can look at several days worth. On Fitday, I list everything I used to prepare the food as well. I figure that today my carb count will be about 6.3g less than what Fitday shows when I subtract for fiber.
