  • 1st Day Menu

    Can some of you pro's please take a look at my menu and tell me how I'm doing? Thanks

    Breakfast-
    2 eggs mixed in with turkey sausage, onions and green pepper (all veggie were bits probably ½ cup in all.)



    Lunch
    Cheeseburger (no bun)


    Snack- 1 mini pickle and 1 stick of string mozzarella cheese.



    For dinner I’m thinking steak and getting the rest of my veggies in

    Think I kinda cheated had iced coffee…from Dunkin' Donuts

    yes..I've read the book..not really sure if I've got it down yet

    well you need somew of your veggies at every meal I know in induction it seems trivial but we are learning eating habits that will be the foundation for the rest of our losing days and spreading the healthy carbs out now will make it easier as you add them back to just have a few at each meal and avoid any bolus effect having them all at one meal will give you.

    if the coffee was decafe sugar free plain or with cream under the limit for the day in cream and sweetners then it was legal.
