    ~Breakfast~

    ~2 Egg Whites (Don't like yolk)
    ~1 Cup sliced mushrooms
    ~3 Pieces low sodium, no sugar added bacon
    ~ Half cup low fat cottage cheese (4 net carbs per half cup)
    ~1 Packet Splenda


    ~Lunch~

    ~Cheeseburger
    ~Small Grilled Chicken Breast
    ~Half Cup Spaghetti Squash
    ~1Tbsp Butter


    ~Dinner~

    ~Crab Legs
    ~3 Tbsp Melted butter (For dipping)
    ~2 Cup sauteed mushrooms

    Well you are doing a good job of getting in your new OWL foods.

    However you seem to have misunderstood about how much fat we need to eat. Check out Not2late's stickie about fats. You are at about 75% for yesterday which is more then we need to run our Atkins.Small amounts of fat are added to the proteins and carbs not whole sticks for a meal.

      And cottage cheese is a 'dairy rung' OWL food.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
