    Could someone check out my fitday and tell me what you think, im in owl now for a month and a half and losing about 1.5 a week!!!
    I also cut out cheese for the most part for today i had a grilled chicken salad that came with blue cheese crumbles but usually that is not normal.
    I also cut out processed meats which made a difference in my weight loss they were stalling me out and my skin has cleared up tremendously!
