    Hi All,

    This is my induction menu could you take a look please.

    Breakfast- egg and bacon or rhubarb.

    Lunch- 1 Celary sticks, 12 sticks of mixed peppers, a cube of cheese and an egg or some chicken, ham or tuna.

    Dinner- Turkey, pork or chicken and 3 vegtables like broccoli, spinach and green beans.

    I drink about 8 glasses of water and will start going to the gym for 1 hour 5 days a week.

    I've done Atkins before and lost about 30lbs but am finding it hard to get back in to it.
    I'm going on holiday in August and would like to lose 30lbs do you think this is possible?

    Hi There! Well, the types of foods you have listed look good! Just make sure that you measure your food and watch the quantity of vegetables. You can have 3 cups of salad veggies per day OR 2 cups of salad veggies and 1 cup of other veggies. The veggie lists are listed in some stickies or the FAQ. Good luck!
