Here is my menu for breakfast is this okay. I was able to increase my carbs from my original induction menu plus lower my fat a little. I figure if I eat like this at each meal and around 400 - 450 calories that would put me at about 1500 calories per day which is where I think I need to be to continue my weight loss adventure. Also, I am averaging around 20-25 grams of carbs per day. I do not eat more than 25 gr. of carbs at all. What do you think?
