    ~Breakfast~

    ~2 Egg Whites
    ~1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
    ~Half Cup Mashed Avocado
    ~1 Tbsp Butter
    ~1 Cup Hood's Low Carb Milk
    ~20 oz water

    ~Lunch~

    ~3 Cups Romaine Lettuce
    ~1 Grilled Chicken Breast
    ~2 oz Colby-Jack Cheese Shredded
    ~2 Tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
    ~20 oz Water

    I'll come back and post my dinner this evening Should I add more fat to my lunch, maybe a half Tbsp of olive oil with my ranch (I know it sounds gross).

    Looks GREAT Kimberly. Don't add any oil to your ranch, your fats are fine. Have some fat w/supper too, and a fattier choice, like steak or ground beef, which will up your fats just right.

        two things instead of having 4 cups of lettuce how about mixingit up and adding other rung one vegies so you get a better varity of the micronutriants we get from those veggies as lettuce is rather low in most.

        remember to feed your hunger and stop eattting even if you got salad still on the platre save it for a snack later when your hunger returns or the 6hr mark hits.
