~1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
~Half Cup Mashed Avocado
~1 Tbsp Butter
~1 Cup Hood's Low Carb Milk
~20 oz water
~Lunch~
~3 Cups Romaine Lettuce
~1 Grilled Chicken Breast
~2 oz Colby-Jack Cheese Shredded
~2 Tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
~20 oz Water
I'll come back and post my dinner this evening
Should I add more fat to my lunch, maybe a half Tbsp of olive oil with my ranch (I know it sounds gross).
