The mussels were a GIANT surprise!
This is what I ate yesterday.
For breakfast I had 2 eggs scrambled (I add a dash of heavy cream before whicsking) with a slice of colby jack melted on top.
For lunch we all went to Nations and I got the bacon cheese burger with no bun. I put a mixture of mustard and mayo on top and ate the 2 luscious slives of tomato that came with it.
For dinner I had 1lb of steamed mussels with drawn butter. As a side I had 1 cup of sauteed spinach.
As a snack I pan roasted about 1/8 of a cup of pecans and tossed them with a smidge of butter, cinnamon and a dash of splenda. I topped them with a dollop of fresh whipped cream with no sweetener added.
My fitday totals come out to:
75% fat at 166g
5% carbs at 21 net, 29 total
21% protein at 100g
and a whopping 1944 calories
I also drank nothin' but water the whole day.
