Is this too little in a typical day?
Breakfast:
About a handful of pork rinds
Lunch:
6 spicy chicken wings with ranch sauce
Dinner:
3 Taco Bell tacos; shells unloaded.
And water with each?
I'm feeling hungry now but I stayed up all night. My schedule's messed up as it is and I don't like eating before sleeping. Just thought I'd get some input on this.
