Well, as I mentioned in my intro. I started a half *** attempt at Atkins before I ever read the book and I was on it for like a month. Then I started the Induction phase. I started it at 300.5 lbs, That was 9 days ago. I know you shouldn't look at the scales till the end. But here's what I've seen. I went as low as 294lbs, but I seem to fluctuate between 296 and 300lbs. What I'm wondering, is it possible that I'm already at a pause point being that the only thing I ate for a month prior was meat and cheese?
Here's basicly what I've been eating
Breakfast:
4 eggs scrambled with cheese and onion (sometimes with bacon or Sausage)
Lunch:
2 hamburgers (box says 0 carbs and there are no bread fillers) couple slices of chedar cheese and some pork rinds.
Dinner:
Salad made with Lettus, cheese, canned chicken breast, and 1 serving of ranch dressing. And a steak or piece of chicken grilled.
Been drinking only water for the past week now.
This all adds up to around 15 Carbs or less.
