I thought I should try this, in case someone could help me improve
Breakfast around 8
Leaf lettuce with about half a cup of tomatoes and mushrooms, 2 ounce sour cream and 2 ounce mozzarella shredded cheese
Lunch around 12
Salad with about 3 cups lettuce, 1/4 cup tomato, 2 ounce feta cheese and veggie burger/chicken (have about 3 net carbs) and 2tbs olive oil
then i eat snacks around 6-10 such as a cup of cucumber, cup of mushroom, stick of cheese or another small salad of lettuce with dressing
I usually slightly overdo my veggetables and cheese
but i don't have much choices ... i just try and stick with more lettuce so carbs r not too high
Any suggestions?
