Ok, I should know by now how to do this but but every now and then I like someone to review and give me feedback..
This morning I was running out the door to take my daughter to her swimming lessons so I didn't eat breakfast, however I did take a bottle of water and 24 roasted almonds to snack on.
~Breakfast- Grilled Chicken Salad~
~Chicken Breast
~3 Pieces No Sugar Added Bacon
~2 Cups Romaine Lettuce
~1/3 Cup Chopped Tomato
~1 ounce Colby-Jack Shredded Cheese
~2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
~1 Carb Control Yogurt
~Lunch - Grilled Chicken Topped W/Homemade Guacamole~
~Chicken Breast
~1 Cali. Avocado Mashed
~1/3 Cup Vidalia Onion
~1/3 Cup Chopped Tomato
~Half Tsp Garlic Salt
~2 Ounces Colby-Jack Shredded Cheese
