  • Please Take A Look At My Menu

    Ok, I should know by now how to do this but but every now and then I like someone to review and give me feedback..

    This morning I was running out the door to take my daughter to her swimming lessons so I didn't eat breakfast, however I did take a bottle of water and 24 roasted almonds to snack on.

    ~Breakfast- Grilled Chicken Salad~

    ~Chicken Breast
    ~3 Pieces No Sugar Added Bacon
    ~2 Cups Romaine Lettuce
    ~1/3 Cup Chopped Tomato
    ~1 ounce Colby-Jack Shredded Cheese
    ~2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
    ~1 Carb Control Yogurt

    ~Lunch - Grilled Chicken Topped W/Homemade Guacamole~

    ~Chicken Breast
    ~1 Cali. Avocado Mashed
    ~1/3 Cup Vidalia Onion
    ~1/3 Cup Chopped Tomato
    ~Half Tsp Garlic Salt
    ~2 Ounces Colby-Jack Shredded Cheese

    What stage of the diet are you on, Kimberley?

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      If you are on berries like I think you are, your menus are good, as long as you are eating til you are full, not more not less.

      You are doing GREAT, and I'm glad to see you around!
      What is it, a RACE? It's coming off, right????
