~1 Cup Romaine
~1 Cup Mushrooms Sauteed
~4 Pieces Bacon Cut Up (Low-Sodium No Sugar Added)
~1 Chicken Breast
~1 Boiled Egg Sliced
~1 Ounce Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
~2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
I hope I didn't go over board with anything here. Eggs were getting a little tiring so I thought I'd try something different for breakfast.
~Lunch~
~Crab Legs
~3 Tbsp Butter
~1 Cup Mushrooms
~1/2 Cup Onion
~1 Carb-Controlled Yogurt
