Todays my third day and I need to know how I am doing? I am not to clear on the veggies, do I eat 3 cups of any of the allowed vegies a day? Here is my menu...
Day one Breakfast
2 boiled eggs/1 tablespoon mayo/Water
Lunch
8oz salmon/1cup cucumber/1 cup mushrooms fried in butter with a tablespoon heavy cream
Dinner
chicken salad/1 cup lettuce/ 4/3 cup peppers
Day Two breakfast
2 eggs fried in olive oli/ 1 cup cucumbers/water
Lunch
A cup tuna in oil/ 1 cup green-beans cooked in butter & garlic
Snak
Small piece of cheese
Dinner
Three chicken pieces & chopped mushrooms fried in olive oil/ 1 cup lettuce
Day three Breakfast
Three hard boiled eggs with mayo/1 cup cucumbers
Snak
3 olives
Lunch
40z fried stake/1 cup cherry tomatoes
Dinner
this is what I am having for dinner: Grilled chicken breast/eggplants dipped in egg & fried with in butter/ 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes/ 1/2 cup salad.
Please let me know what you think so far, if I am doing something wrong I would like to change it.
