Is this ok to eat on a daily basis
: morning i skip
Lunch - 3egg omelet w/ (either bacon or ham ((yes, i check for "ok" ham))
Dinner - Grilled chicken breast with a small salad.
i either have chicken or tuna.. i switch that around...for dinner...
this is acceptable right?
