Hi all, I have been wondering of a plan I want to follow with atkins and I don't know if its ok - this is my menu, at least for induction:
Breakfast: Atkins Shake and a bottle of water
Lunch: either another Atkins shake (like the slim fast, we can have 2 shakes a day) or have a like a breakfast since I didn't have it for the actually breakfast time. Ex, Eggs with Sausage and water
Dinner: A meat and salad but most of the time i'm happy with just meat! and of course water
I know i have no snacks added unless you count water! but either i just don't get hungry to eat snacks or I can't since i'm in class ALL DAY!!
My menu might not be that good but don't be too harsh!
