I've hit a bit of a 2 lb gain/stall. I'm hovering between 187 and 189. It's driving me crazy as I am a major scale whore! Here is what I ate today:
breakfast- 2 egg whites, 1 half slice whole american cheese, 1 sausage patty
lunch- 1 cup iceburg lettuce, 1 oz shredded cheddar, 92% lean beef pan friend with chili/cumin/onion/garlic/salt/pepper, 2 TBSP fresh salsa made of tomato/onion/green pepper from my garden, 2 TBSP whole sour cream
dinner- 8 oz pulled roast pork, 1 cup fresh greenbeans well cooked
snack- will be 1 cup of raw broccoli with approx 1 TBSP carb solutions ranch
I tried the whooshie pie, i'm still doing mucho cardio and some light muscle building workouts at home 5-6 days a week. I'm drinking 80-100 oz of water everyday (reusing dasani bottles to be sure)... anybody have any ideas as to why i've stalled?
