    Hey Guys today was day 1 for me on Atkins this was eating plan :
    BreakfAST: HAD EGGS WITH CHEESE
    Lunch : HAD TUNA WITH MAYO IN A BOWL WITH A PICKEL
    Dinner:HAD A GRILLED CHICKEN CEACER SALAD

    Was that good was that enough food any feedback would be appreciated thanks I am looking to lose 15-20 lbs
    Start Weight~145

    GoalWeight~125

    Looks good to me Tina! Are you making sure you spread those carbs through out the day and staying under 20?

      You should try and space out your veggies throughout the day. Make sure the veggies you eat are on the acceptable list. 2 cups of the salad veggies if you eat 1 cup of the other veggies or 3 cups or the salad veggies without the other veggies.

        No sure what kind of pickle you had, but sweet pickels have several carbs so you have to be careful with them. It doesn't seem like you are eating enough, but then again there are no amounts listed. Are you drinking your water?

          Hi There! I agree, if you could post the amounts of the foods you are eating as well, it'd help a lot.

          I would also suggest eating a variety of veggies from the acceptable list. Lettuce being pretty much your only veggie doesn't give you a whole lot of nutrients. Dill pickles can be ok, but I agree about the seet pickles, leave them alone...

          Otherwise, the types of foods look good!
