~ 4 Egg Whites
~ 1 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
~ 1/2 Cup Copped Vidalia Onion
~ 3 Tbsp Butter
~ 2 Ounces Mozarella & Cheddar String Cheese
~ 8 Pepperoni (The serving size is 16 slices and 1 carb so I split it in half)
This was a pretty big omlet so I split it in half and am saving the rest for lunch.
