    ~Breakfast~

    ~ 4 Egg Whites
    ~ 1 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
    ~ 1/2 Cup Copped Vidalia Onion
    ~ 3 Tbsp Butter
    ~ 2 Ounces Mozarella & Cheddar String Cheese
    ~ 8 Pepperoni (The serving size is 16 slices and 1 carb so I split it in half)

    This was a pretty big omlet so I split it in half and am saving the rest for lunch.

    You say you are stalled. Officially, a stall is if you havent lost weight or inches for 6 weeks.

    Your breakfast looks absolutely fine, so I cant see a reason there at all.

    It could be that your body is just re-adjusting to your new weight / size and that soon you will begin to shed the lb's again.

    Are you losing inches?

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      I haven't lost any inches in three weelks also and I've been working out like crazy and eating great.

        Kimberly, like 2Big and I have been saying in the OWL Forum, you need to review your entire menu--go back to the time when you were still losing and see anything you've added, either a new food or a new amount of a food.

        IIRC, you had a question about a spaghetti sauce that was sweetened with Splenda. Make sure you are staying within your sweetener limit.

        Also, a new exercise regimen can disrupt your loss temporarily. This thread addresses that:

        If you absolutely, positively do not believe that your new exercise regimen is affecting your weight loss and you do not want to wait and see if you begin losing again, then do as 2Big advised and go back to the level of carbs you were eating when you were losing. If you still don't lose weight, then look at the foods you were eating before you stopped losing and remove any foods you have added since.

          Thankyou for the links they really helped me see I'm not the only one struggling with this. I have cut back down to 30 carbs per day instead of the 40 I have been consuming. I didn't have berries or yogurt today so I think I'll see how that goes this week.
