Looks pretty good for day 2; what kind of salad did you have? Also, you are allowed Avocado and Olives in addition to the 3 cups veggies. You may want to eat a bigger breakfast tomorrow, with some meat or egg & veg.

Have you tried using www.fitday.com? It is really helpful and you can track everything including fiber, etc. I wonder if your getting in enought fat?
Are you getting enough to eat? Try getting some veggies in at every meal. A slice of tomato with your cheese for breakfast. Wrap your deli meat and cheese up in some lettuce and dump on some mayo or mustard. Your dinner sounds perfectly delicious.
Your going to be amazed at how much your going to lose on day 15.

        Re: Day 2 review

Thanks for your help- I'm one of those people who

wakes up at the last minute and rushes to work so I usually
have to buy something at the store for breakfast(convenience store)
so the options aren't great. I'll just have to force myself out of
        bed a little earlier i guess .

Try stocking up on foods where you work, if you can do that, or prepackage to-go meals the night before you can grab on the go and even eat on the way. You'll be able to save the time & $ spent at the convenience store. Instead of "breakfast", think "meal". You don't have to eat differently based on time of day. (And maybe you'll get to sleep an extra minute or two )

            Re: Day 2 review

you could make a batch of breakfast muffins/quiches ot have in the fridge ready to grab and eat.
Here is a recipe Sarah1341 posted recently which could be adapted by adding some veggies or different meat depending on what you have to hand.
1 dozen eggs (I usually end up using 10 eggs)
            1 package of breakfast sausage
Shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)

Spray a muffin pan with Pam spray and preheat the oven to 350.
Brown the breakfast sausage like you would ground hamburger.
Drain it and then fill the muffin tins about 3/4 full, then add shredded cheese to the top of each muffin.
Scramble the eggs and pour the liquid over each muffin.
            Bake for approx. 20 minutes.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
