    Breakfast:
    3 Scrambled Eggs w/ butter
    Glass of Water

    Lunch:
    Tuna w/ mayo, eggs (1 small can)
    1 cup Salad
    Glass of Water

    Dinner:
    Chicken Wings
    Glass of Water

    Snacks:
    None


    Reminder for me: I started Jan. 24

    Sorry, Insufficient You should eat 2 cups of salad veggies from the Induction foods list (read the book / stickys) plus 1 cup from the other veggie list, and drink more water.
    Try to have some protein, fat and veggies in every meal. You don't want your body to think it's starving and slow your metabolism.

    but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
