I'm on day 5 of induction and have not lost 1 pound. Heres a typical day...
breakfast - 1 slice of ham - 1 carb
lunch - 3 slices of bacon and 2 eggs scrambled
snack - 1 string cheese
dinner - baked chicken with a slice of cheese on it and salad with low carb ranch dressing
another day I may have-
breakfast - ham
lunch - salad with low carb dressing
snack - 1 string cheese
dinner - 2 hamburger patties - 0 carbs with slice of cheese on them
Right now I'm consuming about 40 oz's water a day..I know I need more but its very hard to drink water...Does anyone think that consuming more water is a real contributor to losing more weight? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks..
