Today I ate 3.5 tablespoons of yoghourt, thats the first time I didn't go by the book ( that I know of ). Does anybody know if that will set me back 2-3 days ?

Re: Question
It shouldn't affect you that bad. Most threads that I have read have said to drink lots of extra water and do extra exercise.

Re: Question
if you don't get any cravings from it and your carb total stays below your current eating level you should be fine. Since you wanted yogurt why don't you move to OWL and add back they yogurt as part of the fresh dairy when you get to the second rung.by the book atkinseer

Re: Question
Thank you 2b4ms. I don't crave for yoghourt, it was served as a side dish for gyros ( that's grilled pork) . I have many pounds to lose and I like Inductions' menu ,so I'm not mooving to OWL ( for now ). Thank you again.

Re: Question
Yes... you need to feel it's the 'right' time to make the move to OWL... but, having said that, I'd also say that it's easy to avoid making the move out of fear of not losing any more. Don't be afraid of moving on when it's time; you do still lose and the extra food choices are great. I think you need to take OWL in a very leisurely way and not try to just add it on to a longer period of induction. That was something I did, and regret it. It takes time to get to know how you react to different foods and it's a lot of fun moving through the rungs... like getting weekly rewards and still losing. Before and after:

Re: Question
Well sally, you are right I' afraid to leave Induction because it is so easy to follow the rules . I dread the day I have to move on, because now I go strictly by the book what I would do during OWL is a little bleary. Why you regred it?
By the way your photo is cool!

Re: Question
Thanks for the comp Olga!
I say I regret not moving to OWL sooner because I took eight months to reach maintenance and about six of those were on induction and extended. I was fearful of moving for the usual reasons: wanted to be happy with the weight I'd reached before leaving the 'safety' (and ease) of induction. Well...although I thought I wasn't bored with induction foods, I was surprised how much I enjoyed the gradual adding of extra foods. I was also surprised that I still kept on losing. I'll admit the loss in OWL was more erratic (rather more stop/startish, if you know what I mean), and so a little more worrying at times...but the trend was always "downward ever downward". Two months was not enough, I don't think. The pros of OWL definitely outweigh the cons... for me anyway.
Just noticed you are in Greece. Cool! But... doing Atkins in a Mediterranean country isn't the easiest thing in the world, as I know from living in Italy. It gets easier and easier though the longer you keep at it!
Congrats on your 13Kg loss so far and happy further losing! Before and after:
