Hi All! I just started making the flax cereal posted by killerbombshell under 'Snacks' and was just wondering if it's okay to eat every day. I found that I've been eating 1/3 of the recipe for breakfast and 1/3 as a snack. The ingredients are: 2 Tbsp Flax, 2 Tbsp Vanilla Whey Protein, 1.5 tbsp butter, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp Splenda. Thanks for the help!!!

count all the carbs in the recipe and check your whey PP if it is isolate it is induction legal as a protein but if it is a concentrate then you are needing to be in OWL rung 2
AND you have a seving of sweetner in the whey and one in the splenda so that is 2 of your 3 aday limit.by the book atkinseer
