    Breakfast
    2 Eggs
    3 Slices Turkey Bacon

    Lunch
    Chicken Wings
    Half Cucumber

    Dinner
    Cube Steak With Adbo Seasoning
    Half Cucumber With Blue Cheese

    Snack Morning Cheese Stick And Afternoon I Had A Left Over Hamburger.

    About 24 Oz Of Water I Know Im Working On The Water Thing

    You need to eat some carbs with each meal. Make sure you eat all 3 cups of veggies.
    Keep up the good work and you will be rewarded with a smaller you.

      Are you feeling satisfied Joy? It doesn't look like you're eating very much! In addition to upping your water, you really need to get in 2 cups of salad vegetables and 1 cup of cooked vegetables a day.

        Your 1/2 cucumber can count as your 2 cups salad veggies, but you need 1 more cup of veggies. Make it something worthwhile--something from the 'other' list is what I'd recommend. Something that will have some substance, and FIBER and vitamins and nutrients.

        LOTS MORE WATER than 24 oz. You need to at least triple that.

          I think I read this in a sticky, but I think we're to have no more than 4 ounces of meat/day. (I think the sticky called it "animal organ"). Someone PLEASE correct me if I am wrong!!

            Nalia, the only limit on meat is on organ meat (this means liver, kidney, etc.) Meat from the lean body tissues is only limited by our hunger.

                You're welcome! If you've only been eating 4 oz of meat, you can treat yourself and have a lot more than that if your body is still hungry.
