    is his menu any better

    breakfast 2 eggs over easy
    3 slices turkey bacon
    a couple slices of cheese

    lunch
    6 leaves of romaine
    8 olives
    half a cucumber
    blue cheese dressing
    dinner i think im gonna have steak with mushrooms and lots of water lol

      yep spread those veggie carbs out as we add back the carbs later on we want to always be having the same "octane reading" every meal not high test for breakfast regular for lunch and premium for dinner some protein some healthy fat and some of those veggie carbs every time and you will be an atkins loser. Rememebr too that we only eat enough food every time we eat to satisfy our hunger when we are eating and stop even if wee got food on the plate room in our belly or carbs ij the budget.
