Hi I tried Atkins one other time and was not successful at all. I thought I stuck to it pretty perfectly except I had a lot of trouble with the water, and never really drank as much as I should have. I was induction (don't think I had enough veggies) for 3 months and gained 3 pounds. I am going to try again because of all the success that I see on this board. Here is my menu for today, very high in fat and my percentages 79 fat 2 carb and 19 protein are way off. Help~
