  • my menu been awhile

    its been awhile since I posted a menu.


    breakfast
    2 eggs scrambled with a slice of cheese. on sausage patty.
    fuze low carb drink-

    couple hours later 24 oz water.


    lunch grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing

    water between noon and 5pm about 40 oz


    snack- one egg and a sausage link (instead of the danish I was craving)

    dinner-12 parmesan garlic chicken wings and a diet dr pepper
    F/27/5"8

    You really should try not to eat all your veggies in one meal as its kinna carb overload if you know what I mean. Spread them out.
    What level are you doing.
    What is Fuze, I don't think I have heard about it.
