  • Menu review!!

    Heya all.

    I finally broke my stall and Im sitting at 139 lbs now. I changed some things up and would love someone to check over my menu...it looks like I am going to be one of those people that limp to goal over a long period of time. I seem to stall stall stall then WHAM couple lbs down.

    What I did to mix things up was I went on OWL and started adding veggie and fruit (strawberry) carbs back in....and instead of eating three big meals and snacking, I broke down all my meals into 6 or 7 smaller ones, every few hours. So I ate less at one setting but ate more frequently throughout the day. I also cut back my cheese abit. I was having too much of it I think.

    Anyway, if anyone could give me some feedback I would love it.

    I don't think the ice cream is legal until you have hit the dairy rung. But, I think eating smaller meals is a great idea but remember, if you do that you still should try to eat a protein, fat and carb each meal. But if its working for you, don't quit. LOL

      well on the day you ask about it looks good but you got low carb diabetic desserts and sweets in there this month that shouldn't be. Dr Atkins said sweets and desserts should be occasional treatsa not everyday events. kill the sweettooht and your pounds should move.
