    Salad Dressing

    I was wondering if Wishbone Salad Spritzers Balsamic Breeze would be ok for induction.

    tital fat 1 g. sat fat 0 trans fat 0 cholest. 0 sodium 130 mg total carb 1 g diet fiber 0 sugar 1 g protien 1g

    ingredients... water, balsamic vinegar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Soybean Oil, Salt, Distilled Vinegar, EVoo, Onion Juice, Garlic Juice, Xanthan Gum, Nat. Flavors.......

    God wants spiritual fruit, not religious nuts!

    Definitely not. The high fructose corn syrup is a definite no-no, I'm afraid.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

              Well, like I said, I had an idea it would be a no no. I hadn't even bought it again.
              I just don't want to de-rail the train before I even get a mile from the station.

                  Sorry! Balsamic vinegar in general (let alone the contents of this particular dressing) is typically not Atkins friendly.

                      Good choice in NOT getting it. You know, I'm no pro yet, but I will never buy anything again that has high fructose corn syrup. I don't care what diet you're on, that ain't good for nobody!!!
