Amazingly i just remembered my password and logged onto a suprise

LOL. I used to have a journal but it seems I cannot find it anymore.
Anyway over the last few years i have stuck to Atkins and have maintained a decent weight. After quitting smoking i packed on 10kgs though so now I am back on induction.
Just want to run you by my daily meals to get some advice.
Morning : small serving green beans with 2 prawns, 2 baby octopus, sprinkled with cheese
Lunch: Serving of chinese broccoli with a bit of oyster sauce flavoring and about 200g chicken breast wioth eg mayonaisse.
Dinner: Green beans with 100grams of fish, 5 prawns and 2 baby octopus covered in cheese.
Now give or take this and that what do you guys think about this.
I have lost a few kgs over the last few weeks so i think im onto a good thing
any suggestions

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
