    breakfast
    2 eggs
    2 slices turkey bacon
    1 cup cucumbers with blue cheese

    lunch
    2 cheeseburgers with spicy mustard
    1 cup of lettuce with blue cheese
    dinner
    2 baked chicken thighs
    1 cup of pumpkin with butter salt and pepper

    and water water water

    had to start over messed up big time back on track though
    JOY

    What stage are you in? What kind of pumpkin are you having? Is iot raw (fresh) or canned? The canned pumpkin should probably be used in moderation. It has a lot more carbs typically than fresh pumpkin. Otherwise, it looks good!

      canned pumpkin is fine as long as it is just pumpkin and not the pie mix that has sugar and spoices in it. your foods look fine remeber only eat as much or as little of your meal as it takes to satisfy your hunger and stop.
