  • Haven't Had A Review In A While..

    It's been a while but I need someone to tell me if I added too much fat to my breakfast.

    3 TBSP Olive Oil (Ran out of butter)
    4 Eggs
    1 Green Pepper Sliced
    A couple pieces of Ham chopped up
    Tobasco Sauce

    Have you entered it on www.fitday.com to see how the ratios come out, Kim?

    I tried putting them into my account but I have no idea what sort of ham you are using, and there are so many to choose from!

    Without the ham the ratios (assuming your eggs were large ones and the pepper was a medium one) work out at 80% fat/15% protein/5% carbs.

      My breakfast is typically about 70-75% Fat. Are you sure you used 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil? That's a lot of Olive Oil...typically 1 Tbspn is plenty for cooking eggs.
